Shipping & Returns

Handling Time frame

Once payment is received/processed we will mail your item as soon as possible (1-30 days from the date of the payment).  If we are not able to mail your item within 30 days, we will initiate a refund to your account on the 30th day from the date purchase.

Shipping

All orders will be sent via UPS/FedEx/USPS or the most economical service available within 1-30 days from the purchase date. Expect your package within 1-45 business days from the date of your purchase.  If you do not receive the item or items within the above time frame please contact us at customersupport@nanosimperium.com. Nano's Imperium is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.   

Pre-ordered items will be mail on or after its release date, never before.  

If we are not able to mail your item within the 30 days, we will initiate a refund to your account on the 30th day after the purchase date. Expect a refund within 7-15 days after the refund transaction is initiated

DOT restrictions on air shipping

Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream.  In compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only delivery.  Nano's Imperium does not ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses.

Return Policy

The following items are non-refundable: Gift cards, shipping cost and collectible items such as Pokemon cards.

To be eligible for a refund on other items, return request must be received within 30 days from the day the customer received the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.  The item must be in the original packaging. Once Nano's Imperium receives the item, we will determine if it qualifies for a refund. If the returned item is accepted, you should expect to receive your funds, to the original method of payment, within 7-15 days from the date the returned item is received. If you do not receive your funds within the specified time frame please contact your credit card/bank institution before contacting us.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned the items. Please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance because we don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
